Application Process

Candidates undergo a complete employment process involving an application procedure, in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and understanding of the work ethic and dedication needed to qualify as a Brett Works team member.

Training

BrettWorks team members are trained to perform tasks and responsibilities for specific roles. We prepare our team members to be responsible and accountable as they take on new assignments, but it’s a fun and supportive environment with a culture of care and nurturing for one another.

Placing adults with disabilities into much needed employment roles

Job Placement

Once team members have been fully trained to complete specific tasks and responsibilities, they are placed in their new role. Additionally, we work with various HR organizations to provide individualized coaching to help ensure a seamless transition and continued support.
