Brett Works recruits and trains adults with disabilities for potential employment opportunities within the community or for remote work nationwide.
Candidates are chosen and recognized not for their disabilities but for their unique and special abilities.
Candidates undergo a complete employment process involving an application procedure, in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and understanding of the work ethic and dedication needed to qualify as a Brett Works team member.
BrettWorks team members are trained to perform tasks and responsibilities for specific roles. We prepare our team members to be responsible and accountable as they take on new assignments, but it’s a fun and supportive environment with a culture of care and nurturing for one another.
Once team members have been fully trained to complete specific tasks and responsibilities, they are placed in their new role. Additionally, we work with various HR organizations to provide individualized coaching to help ensure a seamless transition and continued support.
